Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

Orders cancelled before dispatch will be eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.

Once an order has been shipped or is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.

If you refuse to accept a delivered shipment without a valid reason, shipping charges (if any) may be deducted from the refund.

Orders for customized or personalized products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

If Pitara Nest is unable to process or deliver your order due to unforeseen circumstances, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

Refunds for eligible cancelled orders are generally processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
